1) Membership Process:

• Fill the Google Form Every Year for the Library Membership.   

• Membership Approval is required for the outsiders.

2) User Tracking System:

• I-Card and Library Membership is must to access all the Library Facilities. 

• Scan your ID card before your entry in the Library.

• Keep your footwear and Bags in the rack before you entered in the Reading Hall (OALS).

• Enter your name in the Register about your own Study Material. 

• Do your entry in the Internet Usage Register before using it. 

3) Use of Research Section:

• Register your name before using the Research Section. 

• Handle Journals, Periodicals and all reference resources carefully. 

4) Technology Etiquette:

• No mobile phone usage for chatting/ use of social media/calling.

5) Book Handling:

• Keep the book on your desk itself after reading (At OALS).

• Handle all books with care.

6) Fines and Penalties:

• Late returns: Rs. 1 per day per book.

• Lost books: One and a half times the book's cost.

• Submit your Book Bank Set immediately after Semester/Final Examination, for late submission you will be charged Rs. 50 per week.

7) Disciplinary Action:

• Misconduct may result in membership cancellation.

• Maintain peace for the uninterrupted study.
